Summary:PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily execute work from upper side by supporting a lower side fire-resistant plate, noncombustible material, etc., with a hanger and fixing the upper side fire-resistant plate to a floor through a shock absorbing member. CONSTITUTION:Two of the same-type hangers 3 are arranged, from above a floor, on both sides of a cable 1 inside a through-hole 10. A half-split type lower side fire-resistant plate 4 which is placed on the upper face of the receiver 33 of this hanger 3 has a shape almost equivalent to that of the opening part of the through-hole 10, closing the lower part of the through-hole 10. In the space inside the through-hole 10 above the lower side fire-resistant plate 4 is charged a noncombustible material 6 such as, e.g., Rockwell, etc. The upper side fire-resistant plate 7 formed of a calcium silicate plate, etc., covers the whole of the upper face of the through-hole 10 charged with the noncombustible material 6, closing the upper part of the through-hole 10, and this plate is fixed to the upper face of the floor 2 with bolts 9 through a shock absorbing material 8. Thereby, the work can be easily executed from the upper side of the floor 2 and the work from the lower side of the floor 2 becomes quite needless.
