Summary: | PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture, by a method wherein a semisherical recessed part having the same size as that of the spherical part at the tip of a piston is formed in a drive flange to which the spherical part is connected, and a cylinder part which is caulked to form a guide slip preventing part is formed therearound. CONSTITUTION:A device sucks and delivers fluid by reciprocating main pistons 3... to which a rod tip spherical part 4 is supported by means of a drive flange 2 through rotation of a drive shaft 1 having the drive flange 2. In this device, a semishperical recessed part 6 slidably engaged with the semisphere of the rot tip spherical part 4 is formed in the end surface on the piston 3 side of the drive flange 2. An outer peripheral groove 13 is formed concentrically to an opening edge 7 of the recessed part 6 is formed to form a cylinder part 9. After the spherical part 4 is engaged with the recessed part 6, the cylinder part 9 is caulked to form a guide slip preventing part 10, and the spherical part 4 is held in a slide state. |
