Summary:PURPOSE:To make unnecessary the dial operation of an operator and to promptly notify fault generation by preparing the telephone number of a corresponding telephone set based on fault information sent to a centralized supervisory device, and automatically transmitting dialing when a fault has been generated at a single ATM. CONSTITUTION:When the fault is generated at an ATM 1-1, the ATM 1-1 sends the fault information through an on-line circuit 4 to a host center 5. When the host center 5 receives the fault information, it transfers the said fault information through a special line 6 to a centralized supervisory center 7. The said fault information inputted to a control part 716 of a centralized supervisory device 71 is displayed on a display device 711. Simultaneously, based on the fault information, the telephone number corresponding to a set place 2-1 of the ATM 1-1 is retrieved from a telephone number memory part 715. When the retrieve is completed, the control part 716 sends a command to instruct an automatic outgoing call through a telephone set interface part 714 to a telephone set 72 together with the telephone number.
