PURPOSE:To simplify the installation at a desired part of a flat cable by providing a conductor to connect the terminal of a wall socket main body errected to the upper side of an upper side rack and a terminal in which a thrusting blade to the flat cable at the lower side is formed. CONSTITUTION:On a concrete under-floor ground 1 over which a tile carpet 2 is laid, a flat cable 3 is laid down. The flat cable 3 is made by arranging plate-type conductors 4 and 5, and a plate-type conductor 6 for earthing in parallel, and applying a plate-type coverage 7 to them. At a desired position of the flat cable 3, the carpet 2 is removed, the flat cable 3 is exposed at a specific length, and a wall socket device 8 is installed. To conductors 4 to 6 of the flat cable 3 at the lower side of an upper side rack 10, terminals 13 to 15 with thrusting blades are attached by thrusting the insulating coverage 7. Continuety leads 16 and 17 whose one ends are connected to the leads of the terminals 13 and 14 are inserted to penetrating holes 10a and 10a at the extension ends of the terminals 13 and 14, and connected to the terminals of the wall socket main body 12.
