Summary:PURPOSE:To perform manufacturing work easily by constituting a seal body such that an elastic magnet sheet and a pole piece forming sheet are stuck together and they are punched out. CONSTITUTION:A laminated body 3 is punched out for forming a loop seal body. In this occasion, a loop part to be punched out is held while pressed between a die 4 and a presser jig 5. As a result, in the loop part, an elastic magnet sheet 1 is held in a condition that it is deformed in the thickness direction while extended in the radial direction. Both inner and outer peripheral side portions of a loop magnet 8 get to a condition to be sunk down from respective peripheral side faces of respective loop pole pieces 9, and dimensional accuracy on inner and outer diameters of the seal body 7 obtained becomes as good as dimensional accuracy of a punched out loop pole piece 9.
