Summary:PURPOSE:To remove and recover fiber flocks attached to the surface of a mohair plush without scattering to the outside by blowing air on the surface of the mohair plush after finishing sharing operation and then sucking the air. CONSTITUTION:The pile fibers 14 are separated at the center with a separating cutter 16 into the side 10 of a first pile 10 and the side 12 of a second pile 12 to make 2 sheets of the mohair plush material 17. The mohair plush material 17 lined with an adhesive is introduced into a cover 26 through an inlet 29, fed to the shearing machine 24 which rotates a rotary edge 28 and cuts the pile fibers 14 on the surface of the material 17 to prescribed uniform length, fiber flocks 25 occurring from there are sucked into a suction pipe 34 and drawn out to the outside, and the material 17 is curved in a small curvature radius at the time of passing through a roller 44, the fiber flocks 25 on the surface are blown out by blowing compressed air on the surface from a pipe 46, and the flocks 25 are removed from the surface and sucked through a suction pipe 48.
