Summary:PURPOSE:To make it possible to eliminate the necessity of a thick wall part in the outer peripheral part of a disc member, in which cast defects likely occur, by fitting and securing a bead seat member as a separate member onto the outer peripheral part of a rim member fitted on the peripheral end edge of the disc member. CONSTITUTION:A disc member 1 of a vehicle wheel W is formed at its center with an axle hole 11 and in its outer peripheral part with through-holes 12, having its outer peripheral edge surface formed thereon with an outer peripheral wall part 13. Further, a outside rim flange 21 of a rim member 2 is integrally incorporated with the outside peripheral edge of the disc member 1. Further, a well part 22 of the rim member 2 is integrally incorporated with the back side peripheral edge of the disc member 1. In this arrangement, a outside annular bead seat member 3 is fitted onto the outer peripheral wall section 13 of the disc member 1, and is then welded 31 to the peripheral end edge of the disc member 1 so as to form a space 33 therebetween.
