PURPOSE:To remove the tendency of rust, corrosion and jumping phenomena, while suitable durability, excellent surface-smoothness and workability are given by compositing a thermoplastic resin sheet wherein mica powder of specified shape is blended on one surface or both surfaces of the wooden sheetlike material such as plywood. CONSTITUTION:The thermoplastic resin sheet containing 10-60wt.% of the mica powder having 10-500mum of weight average flake diameter and 1.0 or more of weight average aspect ratio, is composited on one surface or both surfaces of wooden sheet like material. As the thickness of said sheet, 0.2-1mm is preferable. As the wooden sheetlike material, there is no limitation especially, but plywood represented by lauan plywood or kapur plywood is especially preferable. As said composing process, e.g. the wooden sheetlike material and the thermoplastic resin sheet compounded with mica are separately produced, and any process such as combining by using an adhesive in which the wooden sheetlike material is integrally stuck to the thermoplastic resin sheet containing mica, may be used.
