Summary:PURPOSE:To simplify structure by equipping with sending rollers provided with plural numbers along a paper sending passage, and with course changing over claws that can take selectively a first posture admitting progress on a form and a second posture making the form turn to a placing bed, on down stream side of said respective sending rollers. CONSTITUTION:A paper sending passage is formed with an up face and a down face guides 19, 20 provided on upper part of a middle tray 5. Change over claws 9a-9e and paper feeding rollers pairs 21a-21e are provided respectively on positions corresponding to various kinds of form sizes on the paper sending passage, and when forms in A-4 size are sent longitudinally, only the change over claw 9c in the middle is biased in clockwise. According thereto, a stopper 10c stands up, therefore the forms are placed on the middle tray 5 in arranged at the down stream side end portions. Next, forms 1 on the middle tray 5 are sent to a sending rollers pair 12, 12 by a paper feeding roller 11 and fed to a copying machine. Therefore, a side shifting mechanism is not needed, so structure becomes in simple.
