Summary:PURPOSE:To control operator's health by outputting a message when input time from an input means such as a keyboard exceeds a previously set value. CONSTITUTION:A terminal equipment 1 has a control part 2, a display part 3 and a keyboard 4 and the control part 2 has an input time monitoring function in addition to a function for displaying input information obtained from the keyboard 4 on the display part 3. Since the degree of fatigue of operator's nerve extremely depends upon the continuous use of the terminal equipment 1, the continuous use time of the terminal equipment 1 is measured by monitoring input time intervals obtained from the keyboard 4 so that an alarm is generated when the continuous use time exceeds the previously set value. Consequently, the operator can be prevented from increasing the fatigue of the visual nerve.
