Summary:PURPOSE:To stabilize descrambling and to improve isolation by using a 1:4 or 1:2 impedance transformer employing a ferrite core so as to constitute a distributer. CONSTITUTION:A scrambled CATV signal is subjected to frequency conversion by a frequency converter 2 and its output signal is distributed by a distributer 3 comprising a 1:4 or 1:2 impedance transformer employing a ferrite core. The distributed one output is inputted to a descramble circuit 5 and the other output is inputted to a descrambler control signal extraction circuit 4. The descrambling of the descrambler circuit 5 is controlled by a descrambler control signal extracted by the descrambler control signal extraction circuit 4. Moreover, the signal with an interception disturbing signal released therefrom by the descrambler circuit 5 is inputted to a television receiver or an intermediate frequency signal processing circuit 101.
