Summary: | PURPOSE:To inexpensively produce fine-grain metal powder by striking metal powder-contg. dust collection powder against a blow plate by entraining said powder in compressed air or gaseous flow, then removing the stripped and pulverized impurities thereof by gas classification and repeating the above- mentioned operations. CONSTITUTION:The fine powder is supplied from a dry fine powder hopper 13 to a supplying machine 14 and is press-fed by a pipeline 12 for the compressed air 11 into a grinding chamber 15. More specifically, converter OG dust is supplied from the machine 14 into the compressed air 11 and is ejected from a nozzle 16. The ejected converter OG dust collides against the blow plate 17 and the impurities sticking to the iron particles are impact-ground and are separated. The separated impurities ascend in a flow passage 18. The impact-ground converter OG dust is supplied to a cyclone 19 where the iron particles and the finely ground impurities are separated. The iron particles are discharged from the bottom of the cyclone 19 and are made into a product 9 by switching of a damper 20. |
