PURPOSE:To improve constructing properties, by filling voids, with molded water-proof members body having almost the same shape of a cross-sectional area as that of the void between a covering member and a dry wall member, and by engaging the projected strip of the water-proof member with the recessed strip of the covering member. CONSTITUTION:The fitting section 1 of a covering member A is fixed on a wall backing with nails or the like, and into the inserted section 4 of the covering member A, the end section of a wall member B is inserted to form a wall body alpha. Then, a void beta formed between the contact surface 5 of the covering member A and the decorated surface 7 of the wall member B is filled with a water-proof member C in the direction of 1' so that a projected strip 9 on the upper surface side of the water-proof member C and a recessed strip 6 on the side of the covering member A may be engaged with each other, and the soft member of the water-proof member C is permitted to come in close contact with the decorated surface 7. As a result, water-proof property can be improved.
