PURPOSE:To obtain the composite pipe of excellent physical properties and productivity, by arranging the thermoplastic seamless layer having chemical resistance, airtightness and watertightness as the inner layer or the inner and outer layers and the resin concrete layer, the reinforced plastic layer as the intermediate layer having strength and stiffness. CONSTITUTION:Thermoplastic resin is continuously extruded as the T cross- sectioned material 3 and wound spirally around the mandrel 1 so as edges of the width direction of the extrudate from the extruder 2 is overlapped partially or butted and is thermally fusion-bonded by the welder 4. It is taken up by a revolving type take-off machine 5 and the seamless pipe 24a having the spiral reinforcing rib to be made a core material is sent further. The glass fiber 9 impregnated with thermosetting resin in the impregnating bath 6 is wound into the concave part between the spiral reinforcing ribs of the seamless pipe. And the resin is polymerized and hardened in the curing oven 10 and formed to the reinforcing plastics FW layer 24c, further the resin concrete layer 24d, the reinforced plastics FW layer 24e, the extruded outer layer 24f are provided to give stifness.
