CONSTITUTION:The paste made of a cadmium compound such as cadmium oxide, a dextrin material and a solvent is coated on the surface of a conducting core material, then the paste made of the cadmium compound, carbon fine grains, the dextrin material and the solvent is coated and dried. since the initially coated paste does not contain carbon fine grains, the adhesion with the conducting core material is good, the paste of the surface layer is added with carbon fine grains, thus the oxygen gas absorbing capability is excellent.
