Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain the above adhesive having excellent adhesiveness to polyolefin resins, safe and improved bond strength, comprising a water dispersion having a chlorinated olefinic polymer in a specific concentration containing propylene and an alpha-olefin in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The aimed adhesive requiring neither primer treatment nor organic solvent, comprising a water dispersion containing 5-80wt.% (solid content concentration) chlorinated olefinic polymer which consists of (A) 15-90mol.% based on 100mol. sum of propylene and (B) 10-85mol.% 4-6C alpha-olefin (e.g., 1-butene, 1-pentene, 4-methyl-1-pentene, 3-methyl-pentene or 1- hexene) and has 0.5-5.0dl/g intrinsic viscosity [eta] measured in decalin at 35 deg.C and 5-40wt.% chlorine content as an active ingredient.
