PURPOSE:To facilitate the draw-out of a part by extending a stop lever in three directions so as to make contact with a drive lever, a rib on the rear surface of a lid and a feed lever, respectively, and by opening the lid so as to enable a ratchet wheel during replacement of parts. CONSTITUTION:A stop lever 9 may be rotated about one point as a fulcrum, and is extended in three directions so as to make contact with a ratchet wheel 6, a feed lever 8 and a rib 11 on a lid 4. During replacement of parts, the led 4 is inverted so that the rib 11 makes contact with the stop lever 9 which is therefore turned, resulting in separation of one of pawls from the ratchet wheel 6. Accordingly, the other pawl makes contact with the feed lever 8 which is then rotated, resulting in separation of the feed lever 8 from the ratchet wheel 6. Accordingly, the ratchet wheel can be rotated so that a part feed wheel coaxial with the ratchet wheel 6 can be also rotated, thereby a part having been used may be directly drawn out forward.
