Summary: | PURPOSE:To prompt heat-setting of coated film and to improve the productivity of precoated galvanized sheets by ejecting a thermosetting resin paint having at least 75% content of nonvolatile component with a pressure through a nozzle having a narrow opening toward a breadth direction of a band shaped galvanized sheet. CONSTITUTION:A thermosetting resin pant having at least 75% content of nonvolatile component is ejected under pressure through a nozzle having a narrow opening toward a breadth direction of a band-shaped galvanized sheet. After coating thus continuously fed galvanized sheets by setting the opening part of the nozzle close to the galvanized sheets at a position where the galvanized sheets are wound around a back-up roll, then the paint is set by heating, forming thus a set coated film. In this case, it is preferred that the continuously fed galvanized sheets are wound on the back-up roll and coated with the paint by setting the opening part of the nozzle close to the galvanized sheet just behind a position where the sheet is held by a pressing roll. |
