Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition having excellent heat resistance, toughness and low-temperature impact resistance, by blending a crystalline polyester and an acid-modified ethylene propylene rubber with a mixture consisting of phenol, phosphorous and sulfur type antioxidants. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition obtained by blending (A) 100 pts.wt. resin mixture consisting of 60-98wt.% crystalline polyester resin(A1), having preferably 0.4-1.4 intrinsic viscosity and 1-40wt.% acid-modified ethylene- propylene rubber (A2) obtained by subjecting ethylene-propylene copolymer to graft polymerization with alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid or derivative thereof with (B) 0.01-5 pts.wt., preferably 0.1-0.5 pts.wt. antioxidant mixture consisting of each 1-98wt.% phenol based antioxidant (hindered phenol compound), phosphorous antioxidant and sulfur based antioxidant.
