PURPOSE: To produce an asphalt-mixing material or freshly mixed concrete in a single plant by providing a side part of an aggregate measuring tank with asphalt and stone-powder measuring tanks and cement and water measuring tanks, and arranging mixers in their lower parts. CONSTITUTION: A dryer 1 for heating aggregate and a vertical transportation device for transporting the heated aggregate to a plant body 13 are provided, the heated aggregate is sifted out into a plant body 13, and aggregate storage bottles 15 for storing them by grain size are provided. An asphalt measuring tank 17 and a stone-powder measuring tank 18 which respectively measure prescribed amounts of asphalt and stone-powders as materials mixed for an asphalt mixing material are provided, and a cement measuring tank 22 and a water measuring tank 21 for measuring prescribed amounts of cement and water as materials mixed for the freshly mixed concrete are placed in the side part of an aggregate measuring tank 16, and a mixers 25 for mixing adjustment are respectively arranged in their lower parts. Thus, a plant is shared for asphalt mixing material and for freshly mixed concrete.
