Summary:PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency of the title apparatus by automatically carrying out the insertion and extraction of a blasting nozzle while running a tractor at a low speed. CONSTITUTION:Rotary power of a tractor is transmitted to a compressor and a transmission shaft 21 in a cylindrical steel pipe to accumulate the compressed air in an air reservoir and rotate a flywheel by the rotation of the transmission shaft 21. The lower half of a synchronizing pin 35 is dropped into a recess 45 of the flywheel 28 and caught with the flywheel 28 to rotate the first link 30 anticlockwise, push down the second link 52 to lower a blasting unit 58 and thrust a blasting nozzle 57 into soil. When the first link 30 passes the bottom dead point, the lower part of the second link 52 is turned clockwise, a protrusion 73 is hooked with a protrusion 72, an inner wire 74 is pulled toward the front side, a valve 69 is opened and compressed air is blasted from the tip of the blasting nozzle 57.
