PURPOSE:To facilitate machining by depositing a plate for bridging between two plate members each of which is provided with at least three flat outer lateral sides perpendicular to a plate part and a positioning means for the plate for the bridge on one side. CONSTITUTION:A projecting part 13 shaped in a corner-rounded square plate is formed on one side of each of two plate members 11, and a cut part 14 for positioning is formed at the same height as an end face 12a in the central part of each of four lateral side, while a through hole 16 is provided in the direction of the center axis. Next, plates 17 for bridging are fitted and deposited in the cut parts 1 of the two members 11 respectively, so as to form a space 18 between the projecting parts 13. Then, four corners of the upper and lower end parts of the plate 17 of this semi-machined article are cut off obliquely, while a through hole 20 is formed in the center of the plate 17. Since the inner and outer sides of the plate 17 are shaped in flat plates, accordingly, machining is facilitated and a sensing characteristic can be improved.
