Summary:PURPOSE:To achieve reduction of the number of pieces of parts and miniaturization of the title cleaning device by rendering unnecessary a supply system of cleaning solution, by a method wherein a cleaning blade is dipped into a solution containing respective specific amounts of high viscous and low viscous alcohols, and is impregnated with the solution to a wet state. CONSTITUTION:An upholding part 32 of a cleaning blade 31 prepared by integrally molding a porous structure of foam urethane or the like is supported to an arch support 35 with pins 36, 36. The cleaning blade 31 prepared by molding a porous structure is dipped in about 5min into solution which is preliminarily manufactured of 60-70wt.% high viscous alcohol difficult to be evaporated like gkycerol or the like, 10-20wt.% low viscous alcohol like ethanol or the like, and balance of water. Since the high viscous alcohol with which the cleaning blade is impregnated hardly evaporates even though along term has elapsed, the cleaning blade can be kept in a wet state.
