Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite ceramic material that has high distributability and composition controllability of a plurality of kinds of oxide particles, many three-phase interfaces, and high oxygen ion generation property, a method of manufacturing the composite ceramic material, and a solid oxide type fuel cell.SOLUTION: This composite ceramic material includes a three-dimensional network skeleton structure where zirconia particles made of yttria-stabilized zirconia are bonded, and oxide represented by ABCDOis bonded to the surface of the network skeleton structure. In the formula, A is one or more elements selected from a group of La, Sm, and Fe, B is one or more elements selected from a group of Sr and Ni, C is one or more elements selected from a group of Co and Mn, D is one or more elements selected from a group of Fe and Ni (this is different from A), 0.2≤x≤0.9, 0≤y≤1, 0≤δ≤1, and a certain oxygen defect is contained when 0<δ.
