Summary:PURPOSE: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus wherein angiocirculation can be easily grasped and burden of an operator performing manipulation is reduced. CONSTITUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus is constituted of an X-ray fluoroscope 1 for collecting a through-view image of a subject to be examined by means of an X-ray transillumination, a TV monitor 14 for displaying the through-view image collected by means of the X-ray fluoroscope 1, an X-ray CT device 2 for collecting a three dimensional image of a patient 4, a digital image processing device 13 for forming a projected image by projecting the three dimensional image collected by means of the X-ray CT device 2 from a specified direction, and a TV monitor 15 for reference for displaying the projected image formed by means of the digital image processing device 13. The X-ray through-view image and the projected image of the three dimensional image of the patient 4 can be displayed thereby.
