Summary:PURPOSE:To reduce the communication quantity at start between a management equipment and a managed equipment required for matching the attribute at the start of the network management system, to relieve the processing load in the management equipment and to decrease the attribute storage area in the managed equipment. CONSTITUTION:A known value is loaded to a dynamic attribute storage section 40 in a management equipment 1, a notice control section 70 controls a notice enable flag 100 in the managed equipment 2 to allows the notice, and when a dynamic attribute comparator section 60 in the managed equipment 2 detects a difference from the attribute, an attribute polling section 90 in the management equipment 1 retrieves a differential dynamic attribute storage section 120 in the managed equipment 2 based on the notice publicated from the managed equipment 2. Then the known value is replaced with the known value to the dynamic attribute storage section 40.
