Summary:PURPOSE:To make installation of pipes for weepholes easy, to prevent certainly the pipes from being clogged with concrete when placing the same, and to improve workability therefor. CONSTITUTION:By folding a pressure-resistant flexible pipe 9, a turned-up part 9a is formed at one end, and the turned-up part is placed in a space 6 between a main wall 2 and a partition wall 3 of an underground double wall 1, while open ends 9b at the other end of the folded pipe are positioned in a drain space 7 provided under the space between the walls. After the folded flexible pipe is buried in the concrete 4 placed on the lower part of the underground double wall with both the turned-up part and the open ends left uncovered with the concrete, the turned-up part is cut off and thereby the parts of the flexible pipe left buried in the lower part of the concrete is made the pipes for weepholes.
