CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with an input part 1, memories 2, 3 and 5, arithmetic part 4 and output part 6, the various kinds of information are inputted, and the value of a target function expressing an item to be optimized is minimized based on applied conditions. Therefore, the plan for minimizing the value of the target function as the desired evaluation item to be minimized for the optimum load averaging programming problem can be guided within limit time permitted for the practical use, various limit conditions are satisfied, the rate of loading can be averaged for the unit of time, and production efficiency is improved.
