PURPOSE:To carry a camera on a shoulder in an ordinary way even in the housed condition of a pad in a chest pad by housing the chest pad in a recessed part provided in one part of a shoulder pad. CONSTITUTION:By turning an arm 3 in arrow (b) and b' directions in making an arm one edge 3a into a center, a chest pad 4 can be freely turned between using positions indicated by a full line. Namely, by turning the arm 3 up to a limit position in the arrow b' direction, the pad 4 can be housed in a recessed part 5 of a shoulder pad 1. When the pad 4 is housed in the recessed part 5, a video camera 25 can be carried on the shoulder by using the pad 1, and a camera operation can be easily executed. Next, when a release button is pushed, the arm 3 is automatically turned in the arrow (b) direction, and the pad 4 can be drawn out to the using position with one operation.
