Summary:PURPOSE: To obtain a non-igniting mixed solvent composition comprising non- toxic lower alcohol, low ozone-decomposing ethylene chloride fluoride, propane chloride and methylene chloride solvents, low in toxicity and ozone decomposition coefficient, and useful for removing the stains of fiber products. CONSTITUTION: This stable mixed solvent composition comprises (A) a non-toxic lower alcohol solvent (ethanol, isopropanol, etc.), (B) a low ozone-decomposing ethylene chloride fluoride solvent, (C) a propane chloride solvent, and (D) a methylene dichloride solvent. The composition preferably comprises 15-30wt.% of ethanol, 35-70wt.% of 1,1-dichloro-fluoroethane, 15-40wt.% of propylene dichloride, and 5-20wt.% of methylene chloride.
