Summary:PURPOSE:To provide a solar cell module in which invasion of steam into the module is suppressed and which has little short-circuits and small decrease in an output voltage by covering the surface of a cell with a fluorine resin film having high moisture resistance and little peeling. CONSTITUTION:A solar cell 100 is covered with a fluorine resin film 101 and a rear material 104 through a transparent adhesive 103. The film 101 is formed of carbon-carbon bond and carbon-fluorine bond, and contains carbon-chlorine bond or carbon-carbon trifluoride bond. A contact surface 102 of the film 101, of opposite side to an emitting and incident surface, is exposed with plasma of hydrogen gas, oxygen gas, nitrogen gas, ammonia gas or hydrocarbon to be surface-treated, and adhered to the cell 100 by the adhesive 103.
