Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device for digitizing the position relation of the neck part of a person to the back of his head, when the person actually supinely lies on a sleeping pad. SOLUTION: This device for measuring the head of a person comprises a head-supporting member 4 disposed at a place for supporting the head of the supinely or sideways lain person and capable of being deformed in response to the shape of the head, a neck-supporting member 3 which is disposed at a position for supporting the neck and whose height can be adjusted, and a height-measuring member 2 disposed at a position faced to the head-supporting member 4 and the neck-supporting member 3 and capable of measuring the heights of the upper surfaces of the head supporting member 4 and the neck- supporting member 3.
