Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly estimate a tension state even when a noise is mixed in measured biological information. SOLUTION: For the plural pieces of the biological information, an entire channel noise decided result storage part 2 and a first tension state estimated result storage part 3 store results for which processing parts 1 (i) for respective input channels respectively perform noise judgement and tension state estimation. Then, a first output changeover control part 4 checks the mixing-in of the noise of respective channels and decides an output channel, and a changeover output part 5 obtains the tension state estimated result of the specified channel from a first entire channel tension state estimated result part and outputs it.
