Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage at the time of mounting or removing by providing a flange airtightly and mechanically coupled to a holding member and formed of a material having larger hardness than that of the material of the member. SOLUTION: A holding member 5 is formed of two different materials. This intends to form the parts required for high thermal conductivity and large mechanical strength of optimum materials, respectively. That is, since the periphery of a compression chamber 7 is required for high thermal conductivity, it is formed of copper, and the part for mounting a cylindrical member 22 is required for large mechanical strength, it is formed of stainless steel. Thus, the flange 5b for mounting the member 22 of the member 5 is formed of stainless steel, and hence the member 5 is scarcely damaged at the time of mounting and removing the member 22. |
