PURPOSE:To extremely reduce an image distortion inexpensively on real-time. CONSTITUTION:As for a detector group 1, the outputs of all the elements (oblique line parts) of a multielement sensor line 1a are outputted as image signals. As for a detector group 2, the outputs of the elements of D2 and D6 parts from a multielement sensor line 2a, the output of the element of a D3 part from a multielement sensor line 2b, the output of the element of a D4 part from a multielement sensor line 2c and the outputs of the elements of D1 and D5 parts from a multielement sensor line 2d are respectively read from a signal processing circuit. When the outputs of the elements of the D1 to D6 parts of the multielement sensor lines 2a to 2d read from the signal processing circuit are overlapped with the outputs of all the elements of the multielement sensor line 1a read from an image processing circuit, the outputs becomes roughly overlapping.
