Summary: | PURPOSE:To make unnecessary a rack for installing a solar cell module, reduce the weight and facilitate the installation on metal roofs by using an adhesive double coated tape to attach solar cell panels to roofs. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive double coated tape 301, having a tensile strength of 5kg/m or above, breaking elongation percentage of 200% or above and thickness of 0.5mm or above, is stuck to solar cell panels 201-204. The solar cell panels 201-204 are then placed on a metal roof 101, and pressure is applied thereto using a jig, such as roller; otherwise, an adhesive double coating tape is stuck to the metal roof 101 instead prior to the placement of the solar cell panels 201-204. This makes a rack for installation work unnecessary, and reduces the weight. It also calls for no troublesome work, leading to the cost reduction. |
