Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain the subject novel anti-fog additive free from gradually bleeding out and being readily washed away by waterdrops, having a long duration and containing a compound (esterified compound) prepared by additional condensation of an alkyl(poly)amine with ethylene oxide. CONSTITUTION:An objective anti-fog additive containing a compound expressed by the formula (R is 8-22C alkyl or alkenyl; p is 1-3; 1+m+n=3-30) or a compound prepared by esterification reactions between mol above-mentioned compound and 1-4mol 8-22C (un)saturated fatty acid. A polyolefin resin, PVC resin, ethylene-vinyl acetate resin, etc., are exemplified as a synthetic resin for application of the above-mentioned anti-fog additive.
