Summary:PURPOSE:To improve the work efficiency in case of replacing a device, etc. by installing a part or the whole of a detecting mechanism to an arranging plate, and making it attachable and detachable. CONSTITUTION:To the lower part of a car body of an unattended car 1 facing a running route, an arranging plate 10 is installed so that it can be taken in and out in the horizontal direction. Also, on the running route side of the lower face of the arranging plate 10, a pair of sensors 2, 2' are placed, and a circuit 16 for processing a signal from said sensor, and a connector 17 to the car body are provided on the upper face of the arranging plate 10. On the fetching direction side of this arranging plate 10, a handle part 11 is provided, and when it is drawn, a rod 12 is also drawn and claws 14, 14' are operated. In this way, the claws 14, 14' are detached from a part 15' to which the claws 14, 14' are hooked from a bottom part 15 of the car body 1, and said plate can be drawn out.
