CONSTITUTION:For example, a period when the part where an electrostatic latent image is formed in the photosensitive body 11 moves from an exposing position to the position of the developing tanks 16-19 and a period when it moves from the position of the developing tanks 16-19 to a transferring position to a means to be transferred 21, etc., are considered. When the undeveloped part of the photosensitive body 11 passes any one of the developing tanks 16-19, at such a time, the adhesion preventing state of the toner adhesion preventing means 33 installed in the developing tanks 16-19 is released by a control means 39. Then, the toner can be made to adhere to the photosensitive body 11. Thus, the curving caused by drawing the tip of a cleaner blade with the photosensitive body can be prevented.
