Summary:PURPOSE:To make the actual state of the offer of service coincide with the actual state of the sale of a commodity, and to grasp the allocation of the burden of the service to every participating store at any time by managing the information of the number of the service point of a customer by classifying it by the participating store, and making a burden to return the service equal as well. CONSTITUTION:When a service returning request is issued from the customer, a control part 1-1 accesses a customer point master 1-6, and retrieves a corresponding customer number, and when the total of the service points of that customer is judged to have reached a service returnable number of points, the subtraction of the service point is started from the participating store the pointer of the customer master 1-6 shows. The information showing how many the points borne by each participating store, i.e., the number of the service points are respectively is transmitted to a host computer 2 through a communication control interface part 1-8 as the updated information of the corresponding customer of the point master 1-6 after the subtraction. Thus, even at time other than account settling time at which the data of a definite period is collected, it can be known approximately at any time how much allocation of the burden of the service each participating store can receive.
