Summary:PURPOSE:To enable cooling to be carried out without using any fluorocarbon, provide less-expensive and energy-saving system, make an entire compact system and facilitate its use by a method wherein a flow passage having an adsorption side of a rotor where it is divided into an adsorption side and a desorption side with a separator being applied as an interface is provided with a cooling coil for circulating refrigerant along with a thermal radiation coil. CONSTITUTION:At a demodulating and cooling operation mode, indoor air enters a handling box 5 at an indoor air inlet port 62 and then the indoor air passes through a half adsorption side 66b of the rotor 66 and adsorbed and dried there. Although the air is dried, it receives adsorption heat and its temperature is increased. The heat is taken by a cooling coil 74, discharged out of a down-duct discharging port 64 and sent to the down-duct. Such drying air flows down within the down duct, is blown from an under-floor heat accumulation part into a room, thereby it gets moisture generated within the room, the air is humidified and cooled and then a suitable or proper cooling feeling can be attained. Then, the rotor 66 is rotating slowly (taking 10 minutes to 15 minutes) and an adsorption and a desorption are continuously repeated.
