To solve a problem in which, when a portion to be subjected to radiography imaging is different from a target portion, notification of a message that "Imaging of a portion different from the imaging target portion is being attempted" needs to be made to an operator of a radiography imaging system, but the operator may feel the notification annoying if the notification is made without exception.SOLUTION: A radiography imaging system includes: an estimation unit that estimates portion information of a subject and side property information including one of left, right, both, and unpaired related to the portion, from an optical image; an acquisition unit that acquires portion information and side property information of an imaging protocol; a matching determination unit that determines matching of the pieces of portion information and side property information acquired by the estimation unit and the acquisition unit; and a notification control unit that outputs a determination result to notification means.
