Summary: | To reduce deterioration in the image quality of a photographed image.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic imaging device including an illumination optical system with a scanning part for scanning an imaging target tissue of a subject's eye with illumination light, and a light receiving optical system causing a light receiving part to receive return light from the subject's eye illuminated with the illumination light via a pinhole disposed at a position conjugate to the imaging target tissue, and acquiring a captured image of the imaging target tissue of the subject's eye, includes: adjustment means for adjusting a physical relation between an optical axis of the returned light and the pinhole; drive means for driving the adjustment means; and control means for controlling the drive means, the control means sequentially changing the optical axis position of the return light with respect to the pinhole and correcting the optical axis deviation of the return light with respect to the pinhole based on a light receiving signal from the light receiving part with the change.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
