Summary:To provide: a rotator capable of easily generating a phase difference between a plurality of iron core blocks in an assembly step, and suppressing deviation of an iron core unit against a rotational shaft in a peripheral direction during operation; and a dynamo-electric machine.SOLUTION: A rotator comprises: a rotational shaft; and a plurality of iron core blocks supported by the rotational shaft. The rotational shaft contains a plurality of tooth parts arranged in a peripheral direction. Each of the iron core blocks includes multiple concave parts which are engaged with the tooth parts.
