To provide an information support server for supporting provision of responses to inquiries from inquiry terminals.SOLUTION: An information support server comprises: a memory for storing a terminal database including response terminal information of one or more response terminals; a communication interface for receiving inquiry information from an inquiry terminal having read an identification code and transmitting a response to the inquiry information; and a processor for outputting the response to the inquiry information.
