Summary:To provide an electrical apparatus obtained by using recycled resin.SOLUTION: There is provided an electrical apparatus 100 that is equipped with a heating member 101 and a resin member 102 heated by heat generated from the heating member 101. The resin member 102 contains recycled resin, and the resin member 102 is subjected to volatilization suppression treatment that suppresses volatilization of an odorous component from the resin member 102 due to the heating. The volatilization suppression treatment includes heat treatment under a heating condition that promote volatilization of the odorous component. The heat treatment is performed at or above a highest temperature reached by the resin member 102 due to heat generated from the heating member 101 and at or below a glass transition temperature of the resin member 102.
