Summary:To provide an operation plan support making it possible to quickly and accurately prepare an operation plan for lower limb joint treatment such as knee circumference and a hip joint.SOLUTION: An operation plan support system comprises: an index detection part 2 for detecting an anatomical index from a lower limb internal image obtained by converting lower limb internal information of a preoperative patient into an image; an operation plan data generation part 3 for generating operation plan data including preoperative lower limb alignment and postoperative lower limb alignment by inputting postoperative target lower limb alignment based on the anatomical index detected by the index detection part 2; and an image generation part 4 for visualizing the plan data by the operation plan data generation part 3 on the lower limb internal image.
