Summary: | To improve the durability of a centrifugal compressor.SOLUTION: In an end wall 12a of a motor housing 12, a plurality of communication holes 68 is formed, the communication holes allowing a fluid passage 75 and a motor chamber 18 to communicate and being provided on the outer side in a radial direction of a rotation shaft 41 relative to a second hole 62. Air leaking to a back surface 43a of a second impeller 43 flows to the fluid passage 75 through a first hole 61, and flows to the motor chamber 18 through the communication holes 68 and the second hole 62. The end wall 12a of the motor housing 12 is equipped with a plurality of cooling fans 70 provided in the fluid passage 75 and radially extending with respect to the rotation axis of the rotation shaft 41 to be disposed around the rotation shaft 41. The plurality of cooling fans 70 is disposed between the plurality of communication holes 68 adjacent to each other in a circumferential direction of the rotation shaft 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】遠心圧縮機の耐久性の向上を図ること。【解決手段】モータハウジング12の端壁12aには、流体通路75とモータ室18とを連通するとともに第2孔62よりも回転軸41の径方向外側に設けられる複数の連通孔68が形成されている。第2インペラ43の背面43aに洩れる空気は、第1孔61を通って流体通路75に流れ、連通孔68及び第2孔62を通ってモータ室18に流れるようになっている。モータハウジング12の端壁12aは、流体通路75に設けられるとともに回転軸41の回転軸線に対して放射状に延びることで回転軸41の周りに配置される複数の冷却フィン70を備えている。複数の冷却フィン70は、回転軸41の周方向で隣り合う複数の連通孔68の間に配置されている。【選択図】図2 |
