To provide a cosmetic which suppresses the generation of malodor over time while retaining moisture, imparting a moist feeling and having an effect of antistatic properties or the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a cosmetic which contains (A) a polymer containing a quaternary ammonium structure and (B) one or two or more selected from a pyrimidyl pyrazole compound which may have a substituent group and a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. Specifically, as the component (B), there are shown 2-(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-4,6-dimethylpyrimidine, 2-(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-4,5,6-trimethylpyrimidine and 5-ethyl-2-(4-ethyl-3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-4,6-dimethylpyrimidine.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】保湿、しっとり感の付与、帯電防止等の効果を有しつつ、経時的な異臭の発生が抑制された化粧料を提供すること。【解決手段】（Ａ）第４級アンモニウム構造を含むポリマー、並びに（Ｂ）置換基を有してもよいピリミジルピラゾール化合物及びその薬理学的に許容される塩から選択される１種又は２種以上を含む、化粧料とする。具体的には、（Ｂ）成分として、２－（３，５－ジメチルピラゾール－１－イル）－４，６－ジメチルピリミジン、２－（３，５－ジメチルピラゾール－１－イル）－４，５，６－トリメチルピリミジン、及び５－エチル－２－（４－エチル－３，５－ジメチルピラゾール－１－イル）－４，６－ジメチルピリミジンが示される。【選択図】なし
