Summary:To provide a titanium alloy biological implant that can be firmly fixed to a part to be planted such as a bone of a living body.SOLUTION: A biological implant is implanted in a part to be planted, part of a living body. The implant includes an implant body whose outer peripheral surface, at least, is made of a titanium alloy. The implant body is embedded in the part to be implanted. An image obtained by imaging a cut surface perpendicular to the outer peripheral surface of the implant body is subjected to image processing to acquire a first curve representing an outline of a surface of the implant body at a measurement length of 25.4 μm, and a second curve by removing a long wavelength component with a cutoff value of 5 μm from the first curve.
